The beans here are roasted in Nairobi, not London — Spring Valley dries, roasts and packs at origin, keeping more value in Kenya where the coffee actually grows. Their Camden Passage café became the brand's first home beyond Kenyan borders in 2025, and was swiftly named Best New Coffee Shop at the London Coffee Festival Awards. It's a rare thing in Islington: Kenyan coffee roasted by Kenyan hands, with the story still intact from farm to cup.
