Part café, part small-batch roastery, this Walthamstow outfit sources ethical, traceable beans through importers who work directly with farms, then roasts them itself to coax out each batch's individual character. What began as a coffee van in 2017 found a permanent home on Victoria Road in 2021, where pastries and sourdough toasties round out the house espresso. Dogs are welcome at the outdoor tables, both the entrance and seating are wheelchair-accessible, and takeaway is on hand if you can't linger.
