Part café, part coffee school — the in-house Moonstruck Academy runs courses on everything from latte art and espresso to filter brewing and sensory skills, welcoming newcomers and experienced baristas alike. Open daily from 8am to 4pm on South Lambeth Road, it's an easygoing fixture for the Vauxhall and Nine Elms crowd.
