Knot Pretzels & Coffee - Victoria

Every soft pretzel here takes a remarkable 22 hours to make, handmade in South London with butter, honey and organic Shipton Mill flour via an age-old artisan bread-making method. The coffee is treated with equal care, directly traded and hand roasted to sit alongside the baking. What began as a Kingston upon Thames market stall in 2011 — an idea founders Vincent and Irina first sketched out on a long train ride across Central Europe — is now an all-day presence in Victoria, serving from 6am to 10pm seven days a week.
