Knot Pretzels & Coffee - Stratford

The idea here was dreamt up on an 18-hour train ride across Central Europe, when the founders decided London deserved its own soft version of the pretzel. Handmade with butter, honey and organic Shipton Mill flour, each one takes a full 22 hours to make using an age-old artisan bread method, and pairs neatly with directly traded, hand-roasted coffee. This Stratford branch opens at 5.30am and keeps going until late, with dine-in, takeaway and delivery all on offer.
