Knot Pretzels & Coffee - Canary Wharf

Each soft pretzel here takes 22 hours to make, handmade in South London with butter, honey and organic Shipton Mill flour. The recipe was a full year in the making at founders Vincent and Irina's kitchen table, after the idea first struck on an 18-hour train ride across Central Europe. Directly traded, hand-roasted coffee makes a fitting companion, and with doors opening at 6:30am on weekdays, it's well placed for Canary Wharf's early crowds.
