You'll gather from the name that this Bethnal Green/Shoreditch café doesn't take itself too seriously, though the coffee very much is: a single origin, organic and fairly traded Arabica from the Papua New Guinea Highlands, a brew they've poured for almost two decades. The story stretches back to a 1999 internet café on Brick Lane, and the founding formula of quality coffee served with cosiness and fun still holds. Dogs are welcome, there's outdoor seating for brighter days, and a range of suitably cheeky merch lets you take the vibe home.
