Roasting exclusively for other people's brands — no house coffee, no competing products — this Forest Hill operation describes itself as London's only dedicated private label roastery. Founder Bartosz Ciepaj, a Q Grader and former Head of Coffee at Harrods, runs small-batch production on a custom-built 60kg roaster with Soil Association organic certification, while its Coffee Centre London training facility hosts Specialty Coffee Association and Coffee Quality Institute certified courses. Open weekdays only, with wheelchair-accessible seating and toilet, it's very much a working roastery rather than a weekend brunch spot.
