Chef pedigree is the story here: founder Lindsay Elder trained in San Francisco, cooked in London kitchens including The Connaught and Sally Clarke's, and worked as a test kitchen chef at Notting Hill's celebrated Books for Cooks before opening this Hammersmith café in 2019.
