Proper French baking has found a home in Shepherd's Bush thanks to founder Christophe LeTynevez, who began training as a pastry chef in Paris at the age of fifteen and opened the bakery in 2002. Everything from the breads and viennoiseries to the savouries, tarts and celebration cakes is made fresh from scratch by hand, with ingredients sourced from Moulin de Paris and a supplier in Brittany. Doors open at 7am most mornings for French-inspired breakfast and brunch — and, for special occasions, there's always the croquembouche.
