Boulangerie Jade

Founded in 2002 by Christophe LeTynevez, who began training as a pastry chef in Paris at the age of fifteen, this Blackheath bakery has spent more than two decades bringing traditional French craft to London. Breads, viennoiseries, savouries, tarts and celebration cakes — croquembouche among them — are made by hand from scratch, with ingredients sourced from Moulin de Paris and Forichier in Brittany. Open seven days a week from 7am, it's a proper neighbourhood spot for anyone after an authentic taste of France.
