Boulangerie Jade

Founded by Christophe LeTynevez, a pastry chef who began his training in Paris at the age of fifteen, this East Dulwich boulangerie has spent more than two decades making traditional French breads, viennoiseries and cakes entirely by hand from scratch. Provenance is central to everything here — some ingredients are sourced from Moulin de Paris and Forichier in Brittany — and the team's craft earned them a place in the finals of the first Bake Off: Crème de la Crème on BBC One in 2016.
