Founded in Finsbury Park in 2010 by husband-and-wife team Dahmane and Eleanor — he trained in Paris before graduating with distinction from Westminster Kingsway College — this family-run artisan bakery makes its sourdough, pastries, cakes and patisserie fresh on site each day. The menu leans Parisian and Mediterranean, with halal certification, a wide range of vegetarian options and vegan and gluten-free choices too, alongside coffee from an independent London roaster.
