Opened in Finsbury Park in 2010 by husband-and-wife team Dahmane and Eleanor, this family-run bakery brings genuine Parisian craft to the neighbourhood – Dahmane trained in the French capital before graduating with distinction in culinary arts at Westminster Kingsway College. Freshly baked sourdough, patisserie and handmade brunch dishes with Parisian and Mediterranean influences fill the menu, while halal certification and a generous spread of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices makes it an easy crowd-pleaser.
